Data Processing Addendum

1. Subject Matter & Scope

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs the processing of personal and business data submitted by users to the O3 AI platform. It applies to all operations performed by our AI agents, ingestion pipelines, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models.

2. Technical & Organizational Measures

We implement and maintain robust security controls to protect customer data. These include end-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest, automated vulnerability scanning, secure vector database partitioning, and restricted developer access controls.

3. Subprocessors

O3 AI utilizes third-party subprocessors (including cloud infrastructure hosts and specialized LLM API providers) to deliver AI-powered workflows. We bind all subprocessors to strict data confidentiality and protection terms that match this DPA.

4. Data Deletion & Returns

You retain complete ownership of your business data. Upon termination of service or request via the dashboard, O3 AI will permanently purge your documents, chatbot memory indices, and vector embeddings from our active servers within 30 days.
